The Davis Brown Tower is connected to the Downtown Skywalk system and can be accessed through an enclosed pedestrian walkway on Floor 2 on the north side of the building. The building is connected to a parking garage through an enclosed pedestrian walkway on Floor 2 on the south side of the building. Retail tenants include Akebono Sushi Bar & Grill.
The Davis Brown Tower can be accessed through the main entrance located on the west side of the property off of 10th Street and is accessed through a common covered canopy and entrance to the Davis Brown Tower.
Tenants can enter individual suites after business hours with card access or key.
Visitors have no access to any of the suites after business hours, unless authorized by Tenant through email or written notice to security.
